What this page covers

This describes what happens to information collected through techcitadels.com. It does not cover client engagements, which are governed by the agreement signed for that work.

Information you give us

The contact form asks for a name and an email address, and optionally a company, a topic and a message. Nothing else on the site asks for personal information, and there are no accounts to create or log in to.

A submission is sent by email to [email protected], which is a Microsoft 365 mailbox. Delivery is handled by Resend, whose sending region for this domain is Ireland. The reply-to address is set to the address you gave, so a reply reaches you directly.

The country your request came from, as reported by our network provider, is included in that email to help us route an enquiry. Your IP address is not stored by us.

The form contains one hidden field that is invisible to anyone using a browser. Automated submissions tend to fill it in, and anything that does is discarded rather than sent on.

Information collected automatically

Visits are counted using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. This is why the site shows no cookie banner: it has no cookies to ask you about.

If a page fails with an error, a report is sent to Sentry so the fault can be found and fixed. That report contains the error and the page it happened on. Performance tracing and session replay are both switched off, so no recording of your visit is made. Nothing is sent unless something breaks.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts the site and provides its network and analytics. Resend delivers the contact form email. Microsoft provides the mailbox that email arrives in. Sentry receives error reports.

That is the complete list. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will deal with it.

You are not obliged to use the form. The same address works for reaching us directly.
